We do not have a phone number for customers to call, and we do not do any business via phone. We operate PGK inside of another much larger facility which means that we don’t have the ability to monitor phone lines and we don’t employ any full time customer service representatives.
We are a simple and small operation, and we strive to provide excellent customer service via email. We will usually reply to emails within one business day. We do not answer any emails on weekends or holidays.
