Returns, Cancellations and Order Changes




We want to make this simple.

If you bought an In Stock item, and if for some reason you don’t want the kit anymore or you find you want something different, no problem. We will gladly arrange that.  You would need to pay the return shipping unless we agree that there is an issue with the item.

If you bought a Made To Order item, it is only returnable if there is a defect with the product.  Since it was custom-built to your specifications, we are not able to re-sell and recover our costs.

In either case you need to get an Return Authorization from us.  We will need to arrange shipping with you and will require specific couriers and documentation. Do not ship anything to us without arranging it with us first.

In order for any item to be returnable, it must be in as-new condition with no modifications.

You can cancel your order as long as production has not started yet (for Made To Order guitars) or the item has not shipped yet (for In Stock guitars). If the status of your order is “Complete” and/or you’ve received a tracking number for your shipment, it is too late to cancel.

Please email to see if your order has been started and to inquire about a cancellation.  If cancellation is possible, you will be refunded your purchase price less 5%.  

Order Changes

For a $10 charge, we will accept changes to Made To Order guitars as long as production has not yet started.  Once we’ve started cutting wood, it’s too late to make any changes.  You will be billed via paypal for the change order fee as well as any costs associated with the change itself.
